Sometimes
it makes sense to make a question required, other times it doesn't.
For example, do not make a question required if a question might
not apply to everyone, and you haven't provided options that
cover all possibilities - e.g. Yes / No / Not Applicable.
On the other hand, often your results are meaningless if not
every respondent has been forced to respond to the question.
